According to the lawsuit, American made misrepresentations concerning the Company’s expected revenue for the fiscal year 2024.  Defendants’ statements included, among other things, confidence in the Company’s new sales and distribution strategy to reduce internal expenses while simultaneously driving a significant demand increase for the Company’s airline services.

If you wish to serve as lead plaintiff for the Class, you must file papers by September 16, 2024. A lead plaintiff is a representative party acting on other class members’ behalf in directing the litigation. Your ability to share in any recovery doesn’t require that you serve as lead plaintiff. If you choose to take no action, you may remain an absent class member.
